【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对冠状静脉窦(CS)区病变的诊断价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院22例以冠状静脉窦扩张为主要表现的患者超声心动图诊断和临床资料,其中17例进行了术后诊断对照。结果造成CS扩张的原因主要有永存左上腔静脉、完全型肺静脉异位引流、左冠状动脉—冠状静脉瘘等先天性畸形、肺动脉压力增高和(或)右心功能不全。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠状静脉窦区病变具有无创伤、安全、重复性好等优点,超声心动图显像清晰,诊断信息丰富,可为临床的诊断和治疗提供可靠的根据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of diagnosing the lesions in coronary sinus by color doppler echocardiography. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on echocardiography diagnosis and clinical data of 22 cases with coronary sinus dilation,among which,17 cases was in comparison with postoperative diagnosis. Result Several reasons,such as the persistent left superior vena cava, the total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage,the left coronary artery- coronary vein fistulae,the pulmonary artery pressure heightened and right heart insufficiency would cause the CS dilation. Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography has advantages of non-invasion,safety,and repeatability,which should be a prior method for its clear imaging and rich diagnosis information.更多还原
