构建企业和谐劳动关系的“五力”联动管理机制与对策

【摘要】 构建企业和谐劳动关系不仅是人力资源管理领域中的重要课题,更是和谐社会建设中的关键点。党和政府高度重视并希望很好地解决它,社会各界也希望有健全的劳动关系协调机制。为了遏制劳资双方利益冲突直接化和尖锐化,需要政府、工会、媒体、企业主、员工等劳动关系主体衔接联动。文章分析了我国企业劳动关系不同管理主体的协同障碍及其原因,在此基础上提出了"五力"联动管理机制和对策建议。

【Abstract】 It is not only an important topic in the field of human resource management,but also the key point in the harmonious society construction to build enterprise harmonious labor relations. The Communist Party of China and government attach great importance to them and hope that they are solved well,the social of all walks of life are willing to have perfect labor relations coordination mechanism. In order to curb direction and quickness of interest conflict of labour and capital,it is necessary that government,labour unions,media,business owners,employees join and link. Coordination disorder of different managers of enterprise labor relations and its reason are analysed in this paper,under which the"five forces"linkage management mechanism and countermeasures are put forward.
