【摘要】 目的:探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除术预防胆管损伤的方法及措施。方法:回顾分析613例患者行LC的资料。结果:共完成LC术609例,中转4例,手术时间30~120min,无胆管损伤发生。结论:严格的术前评估、术者良好的心态、规范的手术操作、果断及时的中转开腹及高度重视胆囊管的变异可有效预防胆管损伤的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the bile duct injury prevention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:Analysis613 casesof patientswith LC. Results:609 caseswerecompleted LC surgery,four cases were converted to open surgery,surgery time 30-120 minutes, no bile duct injury.Conclusion:Strict preoperative evaluation, good attitude of the surgeon,standardizedsurgicalprocedure,decisiveandtimely laparotomy is the key to prevention of bile duct injury.更多还原
