【摘要】 目的:观察高渗盐水联合特布他林治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法:79例患儿随机分为两组,观察组40例,对照组39例,两组患儿均给予相同的综合治疗,在此基础上,观察组予3%高渗盐水3ml联合特布他林雾化液1ml,对照组予0.9%氯化钠3ml联合特布他林雾化液1ml,氧驱雾化吸入,每8h 1次,观察两组患儿喘憋缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院天数。结果:观察组在喘憋缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院天数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:3%高渗盐水联合特布他林雾化吸入较0.9%氯化钠联合特布他林雾化吸入疗效好,可明显缩短喘憋缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间及住院天数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: It is to observe the clinical efficacy of hypertonic saline combined with terbutalin on bronchiolitis. Methods: 79 cases were randomly divided into observation and control groups.40 cases were in the observation group, and 39 cases in the control group. Both groups were given comprehensive treatment. Then on this basis, in the observation group the children were given 3ml 3% hypertonic saline combined with 1ml terbutalin atomization; while the children in the control group were given 3ml 0.9% normal saline combined with 1ml terbutalin atomization, with aerosol inhalation treatment every 8 hours. The relief of sick children’s wheezing, time for disappearance of lungs wheezing, time for disappearing the lung rales and days of hospitalization were observed. Results: In observation group wheezing relief, time for disappearance of lungs wheezing, time for disappearing the lung rales and days of hospitalization was shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 3% hypertonic saline combined with terbutalin for bronchiolitis has better efficacy than normal saline combined with terbutalin, which can obviously shorten wheezing relief, time for disappearance of lungs wheezing, time for disappearing the lung rales and days of hospitalization.更多还原
