做好医院岗位管理以提升医院人力资源管理水平
Implementing Hospital Post Management and Enhance the Level of Hospital Human Resource Adminstration
【摘要】 科学合理的岗位设置和聘用管理,是现代医院人力资源管理尤其是绩效管理的重要基础。该文分析了目前岗位设置聘用的主要影响因素,并结合实践,对医院岗位设置与聘用的途径及重点和难点问题进行了总结分析,提出其相关完善建议,认为对此加强管理可以不断提高人力资源管理水平。
【Abstract】 Scientific and reasonable post setting and employment management is the important basis of hospital human resource management, especially performance management. This paper analyzes the main factors of setting and appointment of posts at present, and combined with practice, it summarizes and analyzes the key problems and difficulties and proposes relevant suggestions for perfection, in order to continuously improve the level of human resource management and elevate performance of hospital.
