【摘要】 目的:探讨光动力治疗面部扁平疣的护理方法。方法:对20例面部顽固性扁平疣患者行5-α氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗,同时进行针对性的专科护理。结果:20例扁平疣患者均经3~4次5-α氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,治疗中均有不同程度的不适感,经针对性护理后明显缓解,治愈率100%,仅有3例患者出现轻微色素沉着。结论:5-α氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗面部顽固性扁平疣治愈率高,针对性的护理有助于提高治疗效果,减轻不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate clinical care methods of photodynamic therapy(PDT) for recalcitrant facial flat warts. Methods: 20 patients with facial recalcitrant warts were treated with ALA-PDT and received skin care. Results:After 3 or 4 ALA-PDT therapies all patients were cured(cure rate 100%). During treatment discomfort which appeared in each patient relieved after special skin nurse. Only 3 patients had a slight pigmentation on the face which faded away within 2 months after treatment. Conclusion: Topical 5-alpha aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy with the related nursing interventions for Recalcitrant Facial Flat Warts with high safety, significant effect and fewer side-effects.更多还原
