【摘要】 目的:观察穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法:门诊治疗耳廓假性囊肿89例,采用穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎。结果:80例一次性痊愈,6例好转,经第二次治疗后痊愈,有效率96.6%,3例无效,仅占3.4%。结论:穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎疗效显著,简便易行,安全经济,患者在门诊治疗即可,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage in treatment of pseudocys to fauricle.Methods: 89 cases of pseudocys to fauricle were receive dinclinics,treated by puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage. Results: 80 cases were cured at a time; 6 cases turned for better and were cured after 2nd treatment, efficacy rate is 96.6%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 3.4% only.Conclusion: Puncture drainage and cast plaster with bondage proves remarkably effective, easy, safe and economical, applicable in clinics without hospitalization,which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.更多还原
