【摘要】 目的:探讨髓内钉内固定加自体髂骨新型植骨治疗胫骨骨不连的临床效果。方法:对25例胫骨骨折后骨不连患者采用扩髓带锁髓内钉结合自体髂骨新型植骨治疗。结果:所有病例获得9~24个月(平均14个月)的随访,其中23例临床骨性愈合,2例经动力化后骨性愈合。结论:扩髓带锁髓内钉内固定加自体髂骨新型植骨是治疗胫骨骨不连的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of intramedullary nail and autofenous iliac bone graffting for the disconnecting tibial fracture.Methods:25 cases with disconnecting tibial fracture were treated by intramedullary nail and autofenous iliac bone graffting.Results:25 patients were followed up for 9 to 24 months.averaged 14 months.Fracture healed was 23 cases.2 cases got fracture union after using post-motivating.Conclusion:Treatment of disconnecting tibial fracture with intramedullary nail and autofenous iliac bone graffting has clilical application value for the satisfactory effect.更多还原
