【摘要】 公共安全是当今关注的热点,依据环境承载力理论,针对嘉荫县城建设背景进行分析,找出嘉荫县城建设中的诸多安全隐患,并建立安全评价体系和模型,用计算方法将体系中选取的指标进行量化和权重的确定,通过权重来评价环境承载力,进而初步提出了嘉荫县城发展建设中安全问题的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public security is a hotspot issues on the world. On the basis of environmental carrying capacity theory,the construction background of Jiayin County was analyzed,many safety hazards of Jiayin Conty construction were found out,safety evaluation system and model were established. Based on computing method,the system index was quantified and the weight was determined. The environmental carrying capacity was evaluated by weight and countermeasures for security problems in Jiayin County construction were put forward.更多还原
