UV-B紫外辐射与烟叶生理指标的关系研究
Research of Relationship between UV-B Ultraviolet Radiation and Physiological Indices of Tobacco
【摘要】 [目的]为探究紫外辐射与烟叶生理指标之间的关系。[方法]在云南玉溪模拟海拔高度600、1 100、1 600和2 100 m进行烤烟生产大棚试验。在烤烟生长的不同时间,测定烟叶光合参数、光合色素、可溶性蛋白含量、类黄酮和比叶重等指标。[结果]在自然环境(CK)下种植的K326对UV-B辐射响应敏感。[结论]适当强度的UV-B辐射有利于提高K326净光合速率(Pn)、同化能力(AC)和光合色素含量。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to study the relationship between UV radiation and physiological indices of tobacco. [Method]The greenhouse experiment of tobacco production whose simulated altitude was 600 m,1 100 m,1 600 m and 2 100 m in Yunnan,Yuxi was carried out. The photosynthetic parameters,photosynthetic pigment,soluble protein content,flavonoid and specific leaf weight in different tobacco growth time were measured. [Result] K326 grown in the natural environment( CK) was sensitive to UV-B radiation. [Conclusion] The adequate strength of UV-B radiation was beneficial to improve K326 net photosynthetic rate( Pn),assimilation capacity( AC) and photosynthetic pigment content.
