【Abstract】 In China,fungi of edible and medicine cultivation and utilization has a long history,fungi of edible and medicine cultivation techniques with research and development of several generations,has formed a comparatively perfect cultivation technology and mode. At present,the domestication and cultivation of the wild edible( medicinal) fungi with high nutritional value or the pharmacological effects has great potential,which is worthy of great attention and discussion. The improvement and development potential of fungi of edible and medicine under forest was summarized and discussed,which will provide reference for promoting cultivation technology of edible and medicinal fungi.更多还原
