定间隙核桃破壳机主轴的动态响应分析

【摘要】 通过对定间隙核桃破壳机主轴的动态响应分析,考虑到核桃破壳时挤压力在不断变化,主轴受力不均匀,综合其转速、材料和结构配置等因素,建立动态响应模型。结果表明,降低轴系固有频率,选择合适轴承,减轻主轴重量,采用对称设计,能够有效提高主轴的动态响应特性,改善破壳的质量和安全性能。

【Abstract】 Based on the spindle design walnut sheller clearance and the walnut shell dynamic response analysis,considering that during breaking of the walnut shell pressures are continuously changing,that the resulting stresses on the main shaft are not uniform and combined with other factors as speed of rotation,material and configuration of the shaft,a dynamic response model was established. The results showed that: reducing the natural frequency of the shaft,choosing the right bearing,reducing the weight of the spindle,symmetrical design,can effectively improve the dynamic response characteristics of the spindle,improve the quality and safety performance of the walnut shelling.
