火焰原子吸收光谱法测定牛大力中矿质元素的含量
Research on the Content of Mineral Elements in Radix Millettiae Speciosae by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy Determination
【摘要】 [目的]测定中药牛大力中矿质元素的含量。[方法]采用硝酸-高氯酸消解,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药牛大力中矿质元素Ca、Mn、Mg、Fe、Cu和Pb的含量。[结果]中药牛大力中Ca、Mn、Mg、Fe、Cu、Pb的含量分别为3 279.05、2 008.30、381.53、450.04、16.36、1.96μg/g。该方法的加标回收率为96.99%~101.38%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。[结论]中药牛大力中Ca、Mn、Mg、Fe含量丰富,Cu、Pb含量较低。该测定结果可为研究矿质元素与牛大力药理作用的关系提供依据。
【Abstract】 [Objective]The research aimed to determine the contents of mineral elements in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) Radix Millettiae Speciosae.[Method]Using the HNO3-HClO4digestion,and applying the flame atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the mineral elements contents of Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Cu and Pb in TCM Radix Millettiae Speciosae..[Result]The contents of Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Cu and Pb in TCM Radix Millettiae Speciosae were 3 279. 05,2 008. 30,381. 53,450. 04,16. 36,1. 96 μg /g. The standard addition recovery of this method was 96. 99%- 101. 38%,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 2%,with good accuracy and precision. [Conclusion]The mineral elements contents of Ca,Mn,Mg and Fe in TCM Radix Millettiae Speciosae are rich,contents of Cu and Pb are low. The determination result provides the basis for the study on the relationship of mineral elements and the Radix Millettiae Speciosae pharmacological action.
