【Abstract】 Through the analysis and research of the National Science and Technology,the Ministry of Finance’s"Technology Fumin County Special Action Plan"effectiveness implementation which had been projected in Guangdong,from the project’s industry category,the special plan in Guangdong that the capital investment,implementation effectiveness,radiation driven,innovation and development,technology services,intellectual property were compared and analyzed,and suggestions of the implementation and management of the national special plan were put forward.更多还原
