【Abstract】 In May 2013,State Forestry Administration issued a " National Forestry Biomass Energy Development Plan( 2011- 2020) " providing a great convenience for the development of forest biomass and caused widespread concern in the community. This article reviews the development of forest biomass from two aspects of " hard and soft science",summarizes how to learn from the experience of developed countries to achieve China’s forest biomass development with Chinese characteristics at the present stage.更多还原
