【摘要】 [目的]探讨不同培养方式对红颜草莓(Fragaria ananassa Ducde)有效丛生芽增殖效果的影响。[方法]采用液体静置培养、液体振荡培养、固体培养3种不同培养方式对红颜草莓初代苗进行增殖培养。[结果]3种培养方式产生的有效丛生芽数不相等或不全相等,液体振荡培养产生的有效丛生芽最多。[结论]该研究可为草莓快繁体系的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to discuss the effects of different culture methods on the effective cespitose buds proliferation of Hongyan strawberry. [Method] Three culture methods of liquid standing culture,liquid oscillating culture,solid culture were used to do the proliferation culture of Hongyan strawberry initial seedlings. [Result]The effective cespitose buds of three culture methods were unequal or not all equal,and which was the most of liquid standing culture. [Conclusion]The study provides a reference for research of rapid propagation system of strawberry.更多还原
