K3·K5抑菌剂对紫长茄细菌性枯萎病的防治效果

【摘要】 [目的]验证K系抑菌剂对紫长茄细菌性枯萎病的防治效果。[方法]田间试验验证防治效果,实验室平板计数法进行菌药互作关系研究。[结果]室内试验结果表明,K3、K5浓度梯度为0、2、4、6、8、10 mg/L时,对病菌的抑制效果逐渐增强,不仅菌落个数依次减少,且菌落体积变小,6 mg/L以上时,无菌落生长,即抑菌率达100%。在田间防效试验条件下,K3、K5抑菌剂对紫长茄枯萎病防效显著,K5防效达70%~75%;K3防效为65%~70%。[结论]K系抑菌剂对紫长茄细菌性枯萎病有很好的防治效果。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study was to verify the control effect of K-series bacteriostat for the bacterial wilt of long purple eggplant.[Method] Using field experiment confirmed the K-series bacteriostat was effective,and plate-count method was used to find the influence of antibacterial agent on bacteria.[Result] Experiment results demonstrated that the concentration of K3 or K5 was higher(from 0 to 10 mg/L),the effect of inhibitory for the bacteria was better.Not only the number of the bacterial colonies reduced,but also the size decreased.Simultaneously,there was no colony appeared upon 6 mg/L,so the antibacterial rate reached 100 %.In addition,K3 and K5 had a good control effect in the field trail,the effect of K5 achieved 70%-75%,K3 attained 65%-70%.[Conclusion]K-series bacteriostat(K3,K5) has an efficient control for the bacterial wilt of long purple eggplant.
