【摘要】 高校校园文化是实现人才培养和文化育人的重要手段。高校班级是校园文化建设的基础实施单元,是思想政治教育的重要载体。当前,高校的班级设置主要延续以专业背景为主体的模式,形式单一。随着学生群体情况的不断变化,以兴趣爱好相近、职业发展目标相同的文化认同为基础建立的"虚拟班级",通过传输积极的心理暗示和成长指导,对学生树立正确世界观、人生观与价值观,实现文化育人具有积极的正态响应。更多还原

【Abstract】 University campus culture is an important means of implementing talent cultivation and cultural education.The class,the important carrier of ideological and political education,is the basic unit of constructing campus culture.At present,the main pattern of setting up classes is by the professional background,but it is single and obsolete.With the changing situation of students’ group,the"virtual class",which is established on the basis of the same cultural identity with the similar hobbies and same career development goals,produces positive response on the students’ world view and their outlook on life and value,achieving cultural education through transmitting positive psychological hint and growth guidance.更多还原
