用于3D打印光固化树脂的制备和性能测试
Preparation and Performance Testing of 3D Printing Photo-Curable Resin
【摘要】 以二缩水甘油醚和丙烯酸为主要原料,合成了一系列低黏度的二缩水甘油醚二丙烯酸酯预聚物,研究了反应温度、催化剂的种类及用量等条件对反应速率的影响。优化的合成反应条件为:反应温度95~105℃,以三苯基膦为催化剂,用量为0.5%。同时,将合成的产物作为光敏预聚物配成3D打印光固化树脂,并对其进行性能测试,结果表明,所配制的光固化树脂体积收缩率在5%左右,柔韧性优于以双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯为预聚物的光敏树脂。
【Abstract】 Glycol-diglycidyl ether diacrylate prepolymers with low viscosity were synthesized from various diglycidyl ethers and acrylic acid,and the effects of reaction temperature,the type and amount of catalyst on the reaction rate were studied. The experimental results indicate that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows :reaction temperature is 95℃ to 105℃;catalyst is triphenylphosphine in an amount of 0.5% by weight. Meanwhile,the synthesized products were formulated as 3D printing photocurable resin as photosensitive prepolymer,and its performances were tested. The results show that the shrinkage of the photocurable resin is about 5%,the flexibility of the photocurable resin is superior to that of bisphenol A type epoxy acrylate ester as prepolymer of photo-curable resin.
