高硫钢铸态组织及其性能特征

【摘要】 高硫钢中的硫元素是有利于提高材料耐磨性的元素,本文研究了凝固速度对高硫钢中硫化物形态及钢耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:铸造快冷可使高硫钢的组织细化,硫化物尺寸变小,晶内硫化物量增多,晶界硫化物减少;高硫钢中硫化物总量(体积分数)从砂型铸造的8.10%降低到铁型铸造的3.68%,晶内的硫化物从砂型铸造的1.99%增加到铁型铸造的2.80%,铁型铸造的硫化物平均尺寸约为5μm。在长时间磨损中高硫钢中的硫化物会形成润滑膜,减少钢的磨损,因此高硫钢的磨损性能优于GCr15钢。磨损试验14 h后砂型铸造和铁型铸造高硫钢的磨损量分别是GCr15钢的1/2和1/3。铁型铸造快冷使高硫钢基体中固溶硫原子量大于砂型铸造的,而硫在摩擦过程中不断与Fe生成FeS,固溶的大量硫发挥了更大的自润滑作用。

【Abstract】 The sulfur in the high sulfide steel benefits the wear resistance of the steel. The effects of solidification rate on the morphology of the sulfide in the steel and the wear resistance properties of the steel were studied in the paper. The results show that fast cooling during the casting can refine the microstructure of the high sulfide steel, the size of the sulfides decrease, intragranular sulfides increase, and the sulfides in the grain boundary decrease; the total amount(volume fraction, vol.%)of the sulfides of the high sulfide steel decreased from the 8.10vol.% by sand mold to 3.68vol.% by metal mold, and intragranular sulfides increase from 1.99vol.% by sand mold to 2.80 vol.% by metal mold. The average size of sulfides of the steel by metal mold is 5 μm.The wear resistance of the high sulfide steel is superior to the GCr15 for the formation of the lubricant film from the sulfide in the high sulfide steel after long-time wear. The weight loss of the steel by sand mold and metal mold is 1/2 and 1/3 of that of the GCr15 respectively after 14 h wear test. The solid-solution sulfur of the steel by metal mold are much more than that of the steel by sand mold, which can form FeS with Fe during the wear constantly, the solid-solution large amount of sulfur exert more important self-lubricating action.
