薄壁铝合金底座铸造工艺改进

【摘要】 铝合金底座铸件尺寸大,壁薄,金属液充型困难,易出现冷隔缺陷,又由于铸件内腔全部是毛坯面,尺寸很难控制。针对底座铸件的这些技术难点,对工艺进行了优化。结果表明,通过正确选择浇注位置,合理运用冒口、工艺补贴和冷铁,刮板改为砂芯等多种工艺措施进行生产,有效解决了底座内腔不加工面尺寸缩短问题,有效提高了铸件合格率。

【Abstract】 The big size, thin wall of aluminium alloy base casting lead to the difficulties of melt mold filling and cold shut defects. The dimension controlling is difficult because of rough surface of the casting inner cavity. Aiming at the difficulties, the process was optimized for aluminium alloy base casting. The results show that by selecting correct pouring position, reasonable design of riser, pad, chill and substituting sand core for strickle etc., the problem that internal non-machining plane shortened was solved and product qualification ratio was improved obviously.
