两步法制备酯固化碱性酚醛树脂工艺条件研究

【摘要】 对影响两步法合成碱性酚醛树脂性能的工艺条件的原料加料方式、苯酚与甲醛摩尔比、催化剂加入量、树脂粘度等进行了试验,并利用尿素为降醛剂,考察尿素加入量对甲醛释放量的影响。获得较佳碱性酚醛树脂合成工艺条件,并得出尿素是碱性酚醛树脂较好的降醛剂及其最佳加入量,这对于碱性酚醛树脂的生产与应用有着重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The process condition experiment of alkaline phenolic resin’s preparation was tested, including material feeding mode, molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde, dosage of catalyst and viscosity of phenolic resin. And the influence of the dosage of urea for aldehyde reducing agent on the formaldehyde emission from cured phenolic resin was investigated. The optimum process conditions of alkaline phenolic resin’prepartion and the optimum dosage of urea for aldehyde reducing agent was obtained, which was important to the production and application of alkaline phenolic resin.
