【摘要】 阐述了中原工学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业实施专业导师制的必要性,构建了专业导师、班主任、辅导员三位一体的学生管理模式,明确了三者的工作职责,其中专业导师的工作职责主要是强化学生在学习、计算机制图能力培养、学科竞赛、科研训练等方面的引导作用,建立了专业导师工作质量评价体系,并指出了在专业导师制实施过程中尚需进一步改进和完善的方面.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the introduction of necessity of implementing tutor system in the Speciality of"Mechanical Design,Manufacturing & Automation",the three-in-one student management model of tutor,class adviser and counsellor is structured,and their work duties are explicited,which mainly strengthens the tutor’ s guiding role in study,capability training of computer aided drawing,subject contest,training of science research capality and so on.The evaluation system of tutor’s working quality is established,and some other issues,needing to be perfected and improved,in the implementation of the tutor system,are promoted.更多还原
