【摘要】 目的观察针刺五脏俞加膈俞为主对抑郁症躯体症状的临床疗效。方法 120例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用五脏俞加膈俞为主、随症加减针刺治疗,对照组给予口服氢溴酸西酞普兰片,两组疗程均为8周。于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、8周末对两组患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)五类因子进行评分,判定临床疗效并观察不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为90.9%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后1、2、4、8周末各因子评分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);治疗组在治疗后1、4、8周末Ⅱ类因子评分低于同时间的对照组,治疗组治疗后2周末Ⅳ类因子评分低于同时间的对照组,治疗组治疗后8周末Ⅴ类因子评分高于同时间的对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺五脏俞加膈俞为主治疗抑郁症患者与西药氢溴酸西肽普兰片的疗效相当,但针刺治疗对早期焦虑、躯体症状、睡眠障碍的改善优于氢溴酸西肽普兰片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on Xinshu(BL15),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Feishu(BL13),Shenshu(BL23)and Geshu(BL17)on the somatic symptoms of patients with depression.Methods Totally120cases of depression were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 60in each.The treatment group was given acupuncture on Xinshu(BL15),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Feishu(BL13),Shenshu(BL23)and Geshu(BL17).The control group was given citalopram orally.The treatment lasted for 8weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the efficacy before and after 1-week,2-week,4-week and 8-week treatment.The adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 92.8%and 90.9%respectively,with no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The factor scores of HAMD were significantly decreased in both groups after 1-week,2-week,4-week and 8-week treatment(P<0.01).The factorⅡscores of HAMD in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 1-week,4-week and 8-week treatment(P<0.01).The factorⅣscore of HAMD in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 2-week treatment(P<0.05).The factorⅤscore of HAMD in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 8-week treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with citalopram,acupuncture on Xinshu(BL15),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Feishu(BL13),Shenshu(BL23)and Geshu(BL17)has the same effect on the somatic symptoms of patients with depression.Acupuncture is superior to citalopram in relieving early anxiety,somatic symptoms and sleep disorders.更多还原
