【摘要】 全科医学现已在全世界50多个国家和地区推行,全科医学的发展已得到医学界的普遍重视。在我国各级政府及其卫生管理部门大力推进全科医学教育,建立全科医师制度是我国医改的战略性措施。全科医学在我国是一门新兴的医学学科,其核心是提供基本的医疗保健。河南中医学院第二附属医院是"全科医生培养基地"。"全科医生培训示范基地"、"城市社区中医药知识与技能培训示范基地"。我单位自2007年成立全科医学学科以来,通过全科医学本科教育、全科医师规范化培训、开展社区相关诊疗技术研究,不断推进全科医师培养。本文就我单位开展全科医师培训过程中相关体会进行整理分析,提出相关的改进对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 General practice had spreaded more than fifty countries and regions.Development of general practice has been the general attention of the medical community.In China, the government Vigorously promote general practice, which establish a strategic measures of general practitioner reform system.In China,General practice is an emerging medical subject,which purpose is to provide basic health care.The Second Affiliated Hospital Henan University of TCM is training base of General Practitioner Training,model base of General Practitioner Training,model base of Training TCM knowledge and skills training in urban communities.Since 2007,our hospital established general practice.We are continue to promote the training of general practitioners by undergraduate education of general practice,standardized training of general practitioners,developing related studies of general practice.Then we discuss relevant problems in the process of general practitioners and improvement countermeasures.更多还原
