复方丹参对类风湿关节炎滑膜环氧酶下游通路的调节作用
Regulatory Roles of Compound Danshen in the Downstream Path of Cyclooxygenases in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients’ Synovium
【摘要】 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)属于中医学"痹证"范畴,目前仍欠缺行之有效的治疗方案。近年来,环氧酶(cyclooxygenases,COXs)抑制剂广泛应用于RA的消炎镇痛治疗,对于多种致病细胞因子具有调节作用。但由于存在心血管风险,针对COXs下游特异性因子的治疗靶标研究正在探讨之中。鉴于血瘀证是RA的核心病理,而COXs的下游产物血栓素A2(thromboxane A2,TXA2)在血瘀证中具有关键角色,我们探讨了以复方丹参为代表的活血化瘀疗法对RA滑膜细胞中COXs下游通路的可能调节作用,提出了一个与临床紧密结合的全新的RA研究方向。
【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) belongs to Bi syndrome(arthralgia) in Chinese medicine.Till now there lacks effective therapeutic methods.Recently cyclooxygenases(COXs) inhibitors,having regulator roles for many proinflammatory cytokines,have been widely used in RA treatment.But due to existing cardiovascular risks,researches on targeting the downstream specific factors of COXs have been under discussion.Considering the key role of blood stasis syndrome(BSS) in the pathology of RA and the fact that thromboxane A 2(TXA 2) plays a pivotal role in BSS,we theoretically explored possible regulatory roles of Compound Danshen,a representative therapy in blood activating stasis removing method in the downstream path of COXs in synovial cells of RA.We proposed a brand new research direction of RA researches.
