【Abstract】 Process of iron die with sand cladding,with its fast and uniform heat disperse,quench features,the characteristics to solidify at the same time,the effect of iron appearance stopping mold wall migration caused by graphitization expansion,can effectively elimilate casting shrinkage phenomenon especially with castings of nonuniformity thickness of cover,disc,eliminate the leakage and unloading of parts in high pressure oil hole,oil duct,oil pool,to ensure the service life of parts.更多还原
