覆膜砂工艺在非均匀壁厚铸件中的应用
The Application of Resin Coated Sand Technology on Castings with Wall of Nonuniformity Thickness
【摘要】 铁模覆砂工艺凭其快速、均匀的热散性、急冷特性,达到同时凝固的作用;又凭其铁质的外形能克服石墨化膨胀所造成的型壁迁移等特点,有力地解决了铸件内缩松现象。特别是在非均匀壁厚的盖、盘类铸件中,消除了部件中高压油孔、油道、油池所出现的渗漏,保障了零部件的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 Process of iron die with sand cladding,with its fast and uniform heat disperse,quench features,the characteristics to solidify at the same time,the effect of iron appearance stopping mold wall migration caused by graphitization expansion,can effectively elimilate casting shrinkage phenomenon especially with castings of nonuniformity thickness of cover,disc,eliminate the leakage and unloading of parts in high pressure oil hole,oil duct,oil pool,to ensure the service life of parts.
