铸钢斗齿粘砂缺陷的成因及对策

【摘要】 为了防止砂型铸造低合金钢挖掘机斗齿铸件产生粘砂,要选用高品位硅砂(SiO2>96%),还要注重型砂的紧实度(≥85)和均匀度;在浇冒口系统设置时应避免使铸件和铸型产生局部过热。在必要情况下采用防粘砂涂料,均匀涂覆在粘砂严重的部位并适当增加涂料厚度。粘砂现象可得以改善,获得表面光洁的铸件。

【Abstract】 In order to prevent low alloy steel castings for excavator bucket teeth produced by sand casting process from sticky sand defects,the high-grade silica sand(SiO2 > 96%) was used combining sand compaction(≥85) and evenness,and avoiding local overheating in the casting and mold resulting from riser and pouring system.Where necessary,adopting anti-sticking coating to evenly coat on the site of serious sticky sand and appropriately increase in coating thickness can improve sticky sand phenomenon and obtain the castings with smooth surface.
