工艺参数对热型连铸过程的影响
Effects of Process Parameters on Ohno Continuous Casting Process
【摘要】 通过对99.7%工业纯铝、工业纯锌、工业纯铜、Zn-5%Al合金进行热型连铸工艺试验,研究了工艺参数对拉铸过程的影响。试验结果表明:铸型温度高于金属熔点约10℃,能够保证固-液界面位置处在铸型出口附近时,连铸顺利,铸锭表面光洁;在保持界面位置不变的前提下,在较高的拉铸速度下,可在较低的出口温度下拉出合格铸坯;冷却距离越短,固-液界面位置对冷却距离的变化越敏感,界面位置越不稳定。
【Abstract】 Ohno continuous casting process tests,for 99.7% industrial pure aluminum,industrial pure zinc,industrial pure copper and Zn-5%Al alloy,were carried out,so as to research the effects of technological parameter on the casting process.The test results show that,when casting mold temperature is about 10 ℃ above melting points,which can guarantee solid-liquid interface lies near mould outlet,the continuous casting process goes swimmingly,and the surface of casting ingot is bright and smooth.Under the premise of keeping interface position unchanged,and with a higher casting velocity,the qualified cast billet can be obtained at lower outlet temperature of mold;the shorter the cooling distance is,the more sensitive the solid-iquid interface position to the change of cooling distance is,and the less stable the interface position is.
