线性电磁搅拌对高温合金Incoloy800铸态组织的影响
Effect of linear Electromagnetic Sitrring on As-cast Microstructure of Superalloy Incoloy 800
【摘要】 采用砂型铸造方法研究了线性电磁搅拌对高温合金Incoloy800凝固组织的影响,用电子探针分析了铸锭中溶质元素的分布规律。实验结果表明:在高温合金砂型铸造的凝固过程中施加线性电磁搅拌,能够细化铸锭的等轴晶组织,增加铸锭断面等轴晶的比例;在较低的磁感应强度下,铸锭的宏观偏析和微观偏析均比较严重。增强磁感应强度后,由线性电磁搅拌引起的对流加速了熔体中过热的耗散,缩短了凝固时间;另外对流充分混合了熔池内各部分熔体,使得溶质元素在铸锭中的宏观偏析和微观偏析得到改善,从而大幅度提高了铸锭质量。
【Abstract】 The effect of linear electromagnetice stirring(L-EMS) on the solidification of structure superalloy Incoloy800 was investigated in sand casting,and the solute element distribution in ingot was analyzed with electron probe micro-analysis(EPMA).The results show that the sizes of equiaxed grains in the Incoloy800 ingot are refined,and the proportion of the equiaxed grains at a cross-section is increased.With low magnetic induction intensity,the serious macrosegregation and microsegregation exist in the ingot.With high magnetic induction intensity,the convection caused by L-EMS accelerates dissipation of overheat and the solidification time is shortened.In addition,the mixture of all melt zones is enhanced.As a result,the macrosegregation and microsegregation of solute element in the ingots are obviously improved.
