合金元素Cr对灰铸铁组织性能的影响
Influence of Chromium on Structure and Properties of Gray Cast Iron
【摘要】 研究了合金元素Cr及其与Cu复合添加对灰铸铁的抗拉强度、硬度、显微组织及切削加工性能的影响。结果表明,合金元素Cr能有效的提高灰铸铁的强度、硬度,但同时显著恶化灰铸铁的组织均匀性、断面敏感性,导致灰铸铁珠光体组织存在明显的显微硬度不均匀,切削性能变差;Cr、Cu复合添加化时,在提高灰铸铁强度、硬度的同时还能改善灰铸铁的组织均匀性、减少断面白口倾向,改善灰铸铁的切削加工性能。
【Abstract】 The influence of chromium and copper on mechanical property and machinability of gray cast iron was investigated.The results show that chromium can effectively strengthen the mechanical properties of gray cast iron.But at the same time a significant deterioration exists in microstructure homogeneous and section sensitivity of gray cast iron to result in obvious uneven in microhardness of pearlite and deterioration of cutting performance.When composite alloying with chromium and copper,it is possible to improve section sensitivity,microstructure uniformity and machinability of castings.
