铸铁/铝合金镶嵌界面结合强度的增强途径研究
Research of Improving Bonding Strength of Cast Iron/Al-alloy Inlay Interface
【摘要】 用垂直连铸技术拉制高致密零缺陷的铸铁空心型材,全断面呈现D+E型石墨形态,用其制作铸铁/铝合金镶铸复合体中的耐磨构件,并与以A、B型石墨为主的传统铸件进行比较。结果表明,因铸铁空心型材中石墨裸露面积减少而改善了铝液浸润状况,扩大了有效粘结面积;并因其晶界密度增加而拓展了铝原子扩散通道,使化合物层厚度增加4~5倍,降低了界面应力梯度。其综合效果是将铸铁/铝合金的界面粘结强度提高了50%左右。
【Abstract】 The cast iron hollow bars with high density and zero defect,which show graphite morphology of type D & E in full section,were made by vertical continuous cast process,the cast iron was used as the wear-resistant components in cast-iron /Al-alloy inlay complex,and it was compared with traditional cast iron with graphite type A or B.The results show that using the cast iron hollow bars as wear-resistant components in cast-iron /Al-alloy inlay complex,the condition of dipping into Al fluid is improved because of the exposed graphite area reduced,which leads to the effective bonding area enlarged;the diffusion channel of Al atom is expanded because of grain boundary increased,which makes the thickness of compound layer be increased by 4 ~5 times,and the interfacial stress gradient lower.The combined effect is that the bonding strength improves about 50% in cast-iron /Al-alloy inlay interface.
