基于Pro/E和ADAMS的步行康复器械的动力学仿真与分析

【摘要】 针对步行康复器械步行不够稳定的问题,用Pro/E和ADAMS建立步行康复器械的虚拟样机模型。通过ADAMS的脚本仿真控制,使康复器械按照设定的仿真参数完成规划的运动轨迹。对康复器械的主要性能进行仿真分析,然后对其进行综合评价。结果表明,步行康复器械能够满足稳定步行的条件,可以为其结构设计提供必要的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Virtual prototype model of the walking rehabilitation equipment is established by Pro / E and ADAMS,to solve the problem of its unstable gait. Through ADAMS script simulation control,the planning trajectories are completed in accordance with the setting simulation parameters. And then its main performance is simulated and analyzed and a comprehensive evaluation is given. The result shows that this equipment meets the stable walking conditions. And the necessary reference is given to the structural design.
