【摘要】 将负顾客和反馈机制结合,研究了M/M/c工作休假排队系统,其中在休假期间,服务员并未完全停止工作,而是以相对于正常工作时较低的服务率为顾客服务,工作休假策略为空竭多重工作休假.负顾客一对一抵消正在接受服务的正顾客(若有),若系统中无正顾客时,到达的负顾客自动消失,负顾客不接受服务.完成服务的正顾客以一定概率反馈到队尾寻求再次服务.并利用拟生灭过程和矩阵几何解方法得到了系统队长的稳态分布,给出稳态下系统的一些性能指标和数值算例.更多还原

【Abstract】 An M /M /c working vacation queuing system with feedback and negative customers was investigated.During the vacation period,the service rate wasn’t zero.The working vacation policy was exhaustive service and multiple working vacations.Positive customers were removed by negative customers only one by one at the head of the queue(if present).When a negative customer arrived and the system was empty,the arrival disappeared.Negative customers didn’t accept service.After the service was completed,a positive customer may feedback with certain probability.Using quasi-birth-and-death(QBD) process and matrix-geometric solution,the steady-state distribution of the captain was obtained,and certain reliable indices and numerical examples were given.更多还原
