【摘要】 目的探讨中风后三级中医综合康复方案的可行性和有效性。方法选择100例急性脑卒中患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各50例。试验组应用中医综合康复方案治疗;对照组采用西医常规治疗加西医康复治疗。结果日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分:两组治疗后第4周、8周、12周评分降低(P<0.05),在第8周、12周试验组的ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分:试验组治疗12周后运动功能积分明显提高(P<0.05);对照组在第4周、12周运动功能积分无变化(P>0.05);试验组与对照组比较,第4周时运动功能积分差异无统计学意义,12周时试验组运动功能积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范的三级中医综合康复治疗在急性脑卒中患者运动功能恢复的过程中具有重要的意义,可明显促进患者运动功能及日常生活能力的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To expl ore the feasibility and effect of the three-stage traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)synthesis rehabilitation project.Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to experiment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The three-stage TCM synthesis rehabilitation project was used in the experiment group.Western medicine therapy and 2weeks rehabilitation were used in the control group.Results Activities of daily living(ADL)in the experiment group was decreased at 4th week,8th week,and 12th week(P<0.05),and their activities of daily living was improved.It was decreased too in the control group(P<0.05).That in experiment group was decreased m ore than that in control group after 8th week and 12th week(P<0.05).The ADL in experiment group was better than that in control group.The mot or function was evaluated by Fugl-meyer mot or function assessment.The mot or function was significantly improved at 12th week in the experiment group.However,it had no difference at 4th week,12th week in the control group.Compared with control group,there was no difference in experiment group at 4th week.That in experiment group was exceeded that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage TCM synthesis rehabilitation project could facilitate improvement of mot or function and activities of daily living in patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke.更多还原
