复方紫黄乳膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合作用
Effects of Fufang Zihuang cream on wound healing in rats with deep degree Ⅱ burning
【摘要】 目的:观察复方紫黄乳膏对大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合作用。方法:利用混合燃料法制备大鼠背部皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,将大鼠随机分为模型组、紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组,每组12只。紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组的大鼠每天1次分别涂以复方紫黄乳膏(0.3 g/g,0.15 g/g)和美宝湿润烧伤膏,连续给药28 d,采用Nagelschmidt法计算创面愈合率,ELISA检测烧伤后大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和白介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平,并于烧伤后的14 d和28 d对大鼠创面皮肤作病理学检查。结果:与模型组相比,7 d、14 d、28 d紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组的创面愈合率明显升高;与模型组和美宝组相比,紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组的平均愈合时间明显缩短;紫黄乳膏高、低剂量组和美宝组大鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平恢复较模型组快,EGF含量也较模型组高。结论:复方紫黄乳膏对大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烧伤有显著的治疗作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutical effect of Fufang Zihuang cream on wound healing in rats with deep degree Ⅱ burning. Methods: Rat models with deep degree Ⅱ burning were established with mixed fuel. The rats were randomly divided into model group,high,low- dose Zihuang cream group and Meibao group with 12 rats in each. The rats in high,low-dose Zihuang cream group and Meibao group were treated respectively with Fufang Zihuang cream( 0. 3 g / g,0. 15 g / g) and Meibao Shirun Shaoshang Cream for 28 days. The wound healing rate was calculated by Nagelschmidt’s method. ELISA was used to detect the TNF-α,EGF and IL-6 in rat plasma,and the pathologic examine was carried out on day 14 and 28 after injury. Results: The wound healing rates of high,low- dose Zihuang cream group and Meibao group on day 7,14 and 28 were higher than those of model group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The healing time on average of high,low-dose Zihuang cream group was shorter than that of Meibao group or model group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Meanwhile,the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in rat plasma of high,low- dose Zihuang cream group and Meibao group got back to normal earlier and the content of EGF was higher. Conclusion: Fufang Zihuang Cream has conspicuous therapeutical effect on wound healing in rats with deep degree Ⅱ burning.
