【摘要】 目的:研究佛甲草对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用,并探讨其对炎症反应相关细胞因子及炎症介质的影响。方法:采用弗氏完全佐剂免疫诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎动物模型;测定原发性和继发性足肿胀;观察胸腺及脾脏指数的变化;检测血清炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6的水平和关节液PGE2含量。结果:与模型组相比,4 g/kg及8 g/kg佛甲草治疗后均能抑制大鼠原发性及继发性足肿胀,下调胸腺及脾脏指数,显著降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平及关节液PGE2含量。结论:佛甲草对大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有明显的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与调节机体的免疫功能、减少炎性细胞因子及炎性介质的生成有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To investigate the therapeutic effect of Sedum lineare Thunb(SLT) on adjuvant arthritis(AA) and it’s mechanisim about cytokines and inflammatory mediators.Methods: The adjuvant-induced arthritis rat animal modele was used.Primary and Secondary paw swelling of AA rats were measured.The changes of thymus or spleen index were observed.The TNF-α and IL-6 levels in serum and PGE 2 content in the joint fluid were detected.Results: Compared with model group,low SLT and high SLT both can inhibited primary and secondary paw swelling of AA rats,and downregulated the thymus and spleen index.After treatment with SLT,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and PGE 2 contern in joint fluid were decreased obviously.Conclusion: SLT had the therapeutic effect on AA rats,the possible mechanism correlates with the regulation of immune function by reduce the inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators.更多还原
