脐血白细胞介素8因子与生后2年婴幼儿反复喘息的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨脐血细胞因子与生后二年内婴儿反复喘息的相关性。方法抽取200例正常出生的足月新生儿脐血,排除生后出现呼吸窘迫综合症及病理性黄疸的新生儿标本8例,剩余192例脐血检测IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-1β、IL-12、IL-17水平;新生儿通过电话或者门诊追踪随访观察二年,随访到172例,其中反复喘息婴儿(喘息次数大于等于2次)30例。将上述172例婴儿分为喘息组(30例)及对照组(142例),两组脐血细胞因子水平比较采用独立样本的T检验进行统计学分析。结果喘息组与非喘息组比较,IL-8有明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β、IL-12、IL-17细胞因子水平喘息组与非喘息组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-8可成为生后二年婴幼儿反复喘息的预测因子。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the association between cord blood cytokine and the development of wheezy infants at age 2 years. Methods: Cord blood serum samples from 200 children were collected and stored. 8 cases were excluded for neonatal respiratory difficulties or pathologic jaundice. 192 cases were assayed for IL- 2,IL- 4,IL- 6,IL- 8,IL- 10,IL- 1β,IL- 12,IL- 17. 172 cases were followed- up for at least 2 year to monitor the development of wheezing illness by telephone interview or clinical service. Children with wheezing illness were 30 cases,and the control group without wheezing illness were 142. Results: The expressions of IL- 8 were( 22. 2286 ± 7. 2046) pg / mL in wheezing group and( 18. 8552 ± 7. 6587) pg / mL in control group,respectively,which had significant difference( p = 0. 032). There were no significant difference in the expressions of IL- 2,IL- 4,IL- 6,IL- 10,IL- 1β,IL- 12,IL- 17 between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: IL- 8 may be a predictor for recurrent wheezing at age 2 years.
