【摘要】 目的研究瑞安市3～6岁儿童发育状况分析。方法回顾性分析瑞安市2002年和2011年瑞安市3～6岁儿童体格发育和营养情况,并进行统计分析。结果调查发现瑞安市2011年3～6岁儿童的体格发育较2002年同龄儿童明显升高(P<0.05),且大于2005年中国0～7岁9省/市城市儿童体格发育标准(P<0.05);体重低下发生率下降(P<0.05),体重达均值、肥胖、身高达均值的发生率均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论瑞安市3～6岁儿童体格发育状况良好,已超过了2007年中国0～7岁9省/市儿童体格发育标准,但肥胖率升高,体重低下率下降,需进一步加强合理饮食,关爱儿童健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study 3 to 6-year-old children’ physical development trend in Ruian.Method:Retrospective analysis and statistical analysis of 3 to 6-year-old children′s physical development and nutrition from 2011 to 2002 in Ruian.Results:The investigation found that compared to 2002,the statistic in 2011 was significantly higher(P <0.05) and even it was higher than the standards of 0 to 7-year-old provincial / municipal urban children′s physical development in 2005(P <0.05);the rate under weight decreased(P <0.05),the rate of mean weight,obesity,and mean height all decreased significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion:In Ruian City,3-to 6-year-old children′s physical development is in good condition,and is better than the standards of 0 to 7-year-old children in 9 provinces / municipalities physical development in 2007,but the obesity rate has increased,and the rate under weight has decreased.Therefore,reasonable diet needs to be further strengthened for children′s health.更多还原
