【摘要】 目的探讨辅助生殖技术施行过程中产生的冷冻胚胎处置的伦理问题。方法回顾分析2010年4月至2013年1月期间进行冷冻胚胎销毁的34个实例,项目包括胚胎销毁的数量、进行胚胎销毁的原因、知情谈话的结果等。结果共有41对夫妇要求进行胚胎销毁处理,经过知情谈话,其中7对夫妇暂时取消胚胎销毁决定,34对夫妇坚持进行胚胎销毁处理。其中共销毁胚胎262个,胚胎销毁原因中,离婚占11.8%,已生育健康小孩占70.6%,转诊治疗占2.9%,对治疗绝望要求放弃治疗5.9%,胚胎解冻后夫妇意见不统一5.9%,不明原因2.9%。结论患者要求对冷冻胚胎进行销毁的权利不容忽视,生殖中心无权违背患者夫妇双方的意愿进行胚胎保存,冷冻胚胎处置已经成为生殖领域亟须解决的问题,应进一步研究冷冻胚胎处置的伦理问题,完善冷冻胚胎处置的操作流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the ethical issues of assisted reproductive technology implementation process of disposal of frozen embryos.Methods:A retrospective analysis of frozen embryos destroyed during the 34 instances from April 2010 to January 2013,including the number of embryo destruction,the destruction of embryos reason,informed of the results:of the conversation.Results:A total of 41 couples require embryo destruction,after informed conversation,of which seven couples decided to suspended embryos destroyed,34 couples adhere to the embryo destroyed.Which have destroyed 262 embryos,embryos Destruction reason,divorce accounted for 11.8%,70.6%,has given birth to healthy children,accounted for 2.9% of referral for treatment,the treatment of despair asked to give up treatment 5.9%,thawed embryos couples disagreement 5.9% 2.9% of the unexplained.Conclusion:Patients the right to require the destruction of frozen embryos can not be ignored,the Center for Reproductive no right to go against the wishes of the patients with couples embryo preservation and disposal of frozen embryos has become an urgent need to address the problems of the reproductive field,should further study the frozen embryos disposal ethical issues,improve of frozen embryos disposal operational processes.更多还原
