【摘要】 目的观察非那雄胺对寻常性痤疮的治疗作用以及不良反应。方法将56例寻常性痤疮患者按性别分为男、女两组,每天均予口服非那雄胺5mg,治疗2个月。结果应用非那雄胺治疗2个月后,男、女两组痤疮皮损面积和严重程度均较治疗前减少、减轻,未观察到明显不良反应发生。结论非那雄胺对男、女性痤疮有良好的治疗作用,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect and side effect of finasteride on acne patients.Method Fifty-six ance patients who are divided into male and female groups take 5mg finasteride for 2 months.Summarize therapeutic effect by evaluating accumulated points of patients,meanwhile evaluate side effect of finasteride.Result Acne erythra area and severity are lessened in both male and female groups after taking finasteride,and no apparent side effect is observed.Conclusion Therapeutical effect of finasteride on acne is satisfactory and side effect is seldom.更多还原
