透骨草提取物对人卵巢SKOV-3细胞PI3k/Akt/mTOR信号通路的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究透骨草提取物对人卵巢SKOV-3细胞PI3k/Akt/mTOR蛋白表达的影响,探讨透骨草提取物对SKOV-3细胞作用的分子机制。方法:免疫组化法检测透骨草提取物对SKOV-3细胞PI3k/Akt/mTOR蛋白表达的影响。结果:37.8μg/mL透骨草提取物作用于SKOV-3细胞24h后,SKOV-3细胞PI3k/Akt/mTOR蛋白表达明显低于与对照组(P<0.05),表明透骨草提取物可下调SKOV-3细胞PI3k/Akt/mTOR蛋白的表达。结论:透骨草提取物可能通过PI3k/Akt/mTOR途径抑制SKOV-3细胞增殖。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the influence of Phryma Leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara extract on expressions of PI3k,Akt and mTOR proteins in SKOV-3 cells and investigate the related molecular mechanism. Methods: The expressions of PI3k,Akt and mTOR proteins in SKOV-3 cells were examined with immunohistochemistry technique. Results: The expressions of PI3k,Akt and mTOR proteins in SKOV-3 cells treated with 37. 8μg / mL Phryma Leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara extract for 24h decreased compared with the control group respectively( P < 0. 05),indicating Phryma Leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara Extract could downregulate expressions of PI3k,Akt and mTOR proteins in SKOV-3 cells. Conclusion: Phryma Leptostachya L. var. asiatica Hara Extract could inhibit the proliferation of SKOV-3 cells by PI3k / Akt / mTOR signal pathway.
