【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the active ingredients in Fagopyrum cymosum fruits with the method of HPLC.The research results show that the fruits of Fagopyrum cymosum contain some active ingredients like rutin,quercetin and epicatechin,of which rutin dominates;while quercetin and epicatechin contribute a little.And the active ingredients are generally contained in the seeds,while nothing or a little in pericarp.更多还原
