【摘要】 目的:建立五子补肾胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中淫羊藿、锁阳、酒苁蓉、西洋参进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:TLC法中斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷的进样量在9.96~99.60μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性(r=0.999 8),平均回收率100.70%,RSD为2.03%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于五子补肾胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard for Wuzi Bushen capsules.Method:The qualitative identification of Epimedium brevicornu,Cynomorium songaricum,Cistanche desertieola and Panax quinque foliuml was conducted by TLC.The content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Result:The TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative sample.The linear range of icariin was 9.96-99.60μg(r = 0.999 8) with the average recovery of 100.70%(RSD = 2.03%,n = 9).Conclusion:The established quality standard can be used in the quality control of Wuzi Bushen capsules.更多还原
