【摘要】 目的:建立测定谷氨酰胺胶囊中L-谷氨酰胺含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相:己烷磺酸钠溶液（取己烷磺酸钠0.8 g,加水1 000 ml溶解,加磷酸0.5 ml,混匀）-甲醇（9:1）;流速为1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温:30℃,检测波长212 nm。结果:L-谷氨酰胺在0.1～1.0 mg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.4%（n=9）。结论:本方法简单可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of L-glutamine in glutamine capsules by HPLC.Method: The determination was performed on a Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column.The mobile phase was hexane sulfonate sodium solution（dissolving 0.8 g sodium hexane sulfonate in 1 000 ml water,adding 0.5 ml phosphoric acid and mixing） -methanol（9:1）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 212 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.1 -1.0 mg·ml^-1（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.3%and RSD was 0.4%（n = 9）.Conclusion: The method is simple,feasible and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of glutamine capsules.更多还原
