【摘要】 目的:评价干预前后围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理性及干预措施的效果和持续影响因素。方法:选取我院实施干预措施前(2008年9～11月)及干预措施后(2009年9～11月及2010年9～11月)骨病科出院患者病历共192例进行对照研究。结果:干预后我院围手术期预防使用抗菌药物品种及预防用药选择、给药时机、疗程、用法用量合理率有了明显提高(P<0.05)。但预防应用抗菌药物适应证无改善。结论:实施干预措施提高了预防用药的合理性,干预措施具有可行性及有效性,但需持续强化宣传、加强检查与管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the role of the intervention measures in the rational preventative application of antibiotics during perioperative preiod.To observe the effect and the sustained effect of the intervention measures on irrational antibiotics use.Method: Totally 192 patients with bone diseases were collected and studied comparatively in our hospital,including pre-intervention(Sept.-Nov. in the year of 2008) and post-intervention(Sept.-Nov.in the year of 2009 and Sept.-Nov.in the year of 2010).Result:After the intervention, the percentage of rational antibiotics use was increased significantly compared with that of pre-intervention(P < 0.05 ),including antibiotics choose,the application time,duration,dosage and administration during perioperative period,while there was no change in the indication after the intervention.Conclusion:The intervention measures can improve the rational drug use in our hospital with feasibility and effectiveness,and continuous education,strengthened inspection and management are still necessary during the intervention.更多还原
