【摘要】 目的:比较富马酸喹硫平与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法:80例精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组予富马酸喹硫平300～450 mg·d^-1,对照组予氯丙嗪100～400 mg·d^-1治疗8周,用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定临床疗效,不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果:富马酸喹硫平和氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症有效率分别为82.5%、77.5%,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:富马酸喹硫平与氯丙嗪对治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当,富马酸喹硫平锥体外系不良反应明显少于氯丙嗪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia patients.Method: Eighty schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups,and respectively given quetiapine(300- 450 mg·d^-1) and chlorpromazine(100-400 mg·d^-1) for 8 weeks.The Positive and Negative Symptoms（PANSS） and the Adverse Reactions Scale （TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and the adverse reactions.Result:There was no difference in the effective rate between the quetiapine group and the chlorpromazine group（82.5%vs 77.5%,P > 0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in the quetiapine group was significant lower than that in the chlorpromazine group（P <0.05）.Conclusion:The clinical effect of quetiapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenic patients is equivalent,while quetiapine shows fewer adverse reactions.更多还原
