【摘要】 目的:观察大株红景天注射液联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:从2012年1月~2012年12月在我科住院治疗的患者中选取符合诊断标准的病例68例,在良好控制血糖的基础上将患者随机分为两组,其中对照组34例使用甲钴胺,治疗组34例使用大株红景天联合甲钴胺,疗程为2周。治疗结束后观察两组患者治疗前后的神经传导速度、糖尿病周围神经病变积分及震动感觉阈值的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者的糖尿病周围神经病变积分、神经传导速度及震动感觉阈值较治疗前均有改善,治疗组总有效率为91.2%,对照组总有效率为82.4%,经x2检验治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the effect of the application to DPN by rhodiola large strains injection combined with mecobalamin injection. Methods: A total of 68 patients with DPN admitted to our department from January 2012 to December 2012 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly assigned into 2 matched groups. All patients were given conventional therapy to reduce blood sugar. The control group(n=34) was given mecobalamin Injection, while the experimental group(n=34) received combinative application of mecobalamin injection and rhodiola large strains injection. After 2-week treatment as a course, observation of changes in patients with nerve conduction velocity, vibration perception threshold, scores of DPN. Results: There was significant improve in nerve conduction velocity, vibration perception threshold, scores of DPN in the 2 groups after treatment. The total effective rate of treated group was 91.2%, the control group was 82.4%, according to Chi-square test, there was significance difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Rhodiola large strains injection combined with mecobalamin injection can obviously improve the DPN.更多还原
