【摘要】 目的:观察愈阴煎对真菌性阴道炎的疗效,并探讨其改善阴道内环境的作用机制。方法:抽取2012年5月~2013年1月收治的90例阴道炎患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组30例,对A组患者采取达克宁栓局部放置治疗,对B组患者采取愈阴煎阴道灌洗治疗,对C组患者采取愈阴煎阴道灌洗联合达克宁栓局部放置联合治疗,观察三组疗效,用统计学方法进行分析比较。结果:A组总有效率为46.7%,B组总有效率为86.6%,C组总有效率为90.0%,B组和C组显效率和总有效率没有显著性差异(P>0.1),而B组和C组的显效率和总有效率与A组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用愈阴煎阴道灌洗联合达克宁栓局部放置联合治疗可有效改善真菌性阴道炎患者的阴道内环境,进而提高真菌性阴道炎的治愈率、降低其复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Yuyin decoction on fungal vaginitis,and to explore the mechanism of improving the vaginal environment.Methods:90 cases of vaginitis selected from 2012 May to January 2013,were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,30 cases in each group,take miconazole suppository locally placed treatment on patients in the group A,the group B had Yuyin decoction vaginal lavage treatment,joint treatment of local place Yuyin decoction vaginal lavage combined with miconazole suppository on patients of group C.To observe the curative effect of three groups.To compare with statistical method.Results:In group A,the total efficiency was 46.7%.The total efficiency of group B was 86.6%.The total efficiency was 90% in group C.Group B and group C of significant efficiency and total efficiency has no significant difference(P>0.1),group B and group C,the significant markedly efficiency and total efficiency had significant difference compared with group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Yuyin decoction vaginal lavage plus miconazole suppository locally placed therapy can effectively improve the vaginal internal environment,and improve the cure rate of fungal vaginitis,reduce the recurrence rate.更多还原
