【摘要】 目的:探讨外伤性伸直型膝关节僵硬的治疗方法及疗效。方法:采用中药薰蒸,手法按摩松解,辅以功能锻炼。结果:治疗26例,平均随访12个月,根据胥少玎膝关节功能及活动范围评分法评估,疗效显著。结论:外伤性膝关节僵硬及时采取正确的康复治疗,有利于关节功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the therapies and effect in treating traumatic extension stiffness of knee joint by rehabilitation.Methods:The use of Chinese medicine fumigation,massage release,combined with functional exercise.Result:26 cases were treated,for each with 12 months’ follow-up visits on the average.The treatment is effective assessed by the scoring method of the joint function and the activity range which is put forward by XuShaoding.Conclusion:Traumatic stiff knee to take timely rehabilitation treatment right,helps to restore joint function.更多还原
